Game changer

Love this product, I take one on the morning and evening for restless legs, I know if iv forgotten to take my table, my legs drive me mad! Within 20 minutes my legs are calm and back to normal.

Good product - magnesium glycinate

Great very quick service. Have taken these tablets for a couple of years without any problems or side effects. The tablets are quite large but I have managed them OK. Very good product. I take them for several medical conditions that they keep under control.

Ideal for me

I take one of theses at night as part of a thyroid program. I know they help with sleeping and leg cramps.

Just to say I have found 5`greens an excellent source of natural products and have no problem recommending them and the service they provide. when it comes to individual products it is difficult to quantify, my hopes for this was it would reduce my arthritis and night cramps symptoms, cannot swear to this but i have certainly felt much more relaxed, i shall be keen to read other peoples experiences.
