Diabetics take note

I found 5greens.co.uk when I was searching for a pure/clean high dose per tablet supplier of Berberine.
I had been diagnosed as pre diabetic a few years before and had lost weight over two stone, but then no matter what I did the weight went back on. They put me on Metformin which I wasn't happy about then they added two other medications.
I didn't want to take them so started looking for alternatives, after being told this was the prescribed and accepted treatment for diabetes...

I have now been using Berberine and Moringa (also from 5greens)every morning for a few years. I have stopped all the prescribed medication, they insisted I needed.( I didn't like the reports of all the after effects of taking them). Within a few months my sugar levels had come down, I had stopped taking all of the prescribed diabetes meds.
I'm still feeling fine my bloods have stayed consistently low, and I'm now reading everywhere about these two natural compounds being in all of the dieting formulas.
I have lost weight too which was a bonus.
