This Dim is good quality, at a competitive price and no nasties or fillers

No major dramatic effects but I think they are helping...

After a lot of reading around I thought I should have a try with these. The perimenopause roller coaster ride is rough and I'm running out of options to control things sufficiently enough to get on with life. Took one/day for the first month, then upped to two/day. Orange pee is alarming at first but keep hydrated and it's not so noticeable. Hard to say if these capsules have eased the symptoms or things are just going through a natural lull at the moment of course, but things do seem better. Night sweats less intense, mood swings less extreme, puffy blobfish weeks less puffy etc etc. I will keep going because it can take 2 or 3 months for consistent results to show. So, whilst there's no major instant dramatic change, I do think these might be helping.
