Wonerful Customer Services and Very Good Products

The Magnesium Glycinate was suggested to me by Jasmine after I had mentioned my situation to her. She was helpful and supportive in a very positive way. I love this company and will continue to purchase products. They work from a place of authenticity and knowledge of what they sell.

Over priced

Over priced, next to nothing in the bag.

Buffered product

While the product is high quality, the label states it contains 650mg of Magnesium Glycinate providing 130mg of elemental magnesium—which is a 20% elemental ratio. Because pure, unbuffered magnesium glycinate chemically tops out at roughly 14% elemental magnesium by weight, this specific mathematical ratio means the raw ingredient must be a buffered blend (likely containing magnesium oxide) to reach 130mg.
