Taking it on small amounts at first

I needed help with insomnia and pain. I had an intuition that I couldn't take the full 600mg at the beginning, as I'm very sensitive. Also, one can get side effects like headaches and nausea so glad I'm taking it gradually. I've started with 100mg each night, and it's working a treat, especially with the pain of fibromyalgia and sleeping is getting easier. I have now increased the dosage to 300mg. Its important to listen to your body, if you are very sensitive. I so recommend this product and the fact that it has no fillers or binders and is very pure is a very 5Greens thing. Very happy with this product.
