NAC with not sulphuric smell

I got a package of NAC and I’m surprised that it does not have a sulphuric smell (rotten eggs), moreover since I ordered 5 greens NAc I have not have any benefit from using it so I believe it’s a low grade product.

Okay to start with...

I took these to try and get rid of phlegm in my throat and sinuses. It did work, but unfortunately after taking two capsules a day for a week I got terrible stomach and bowel cramps and had to discontinue taking them.

N Acetyl cystien

I have been taking this supplement, for four months now. It was recommended to me to relieve symptoms of long COVID-19.
It was recommended to take it for at least three months before I would notice any effects...well my breathing has improved, my energy increased and stamina has also increased ensuring I reap the benefits of my weekly physio class. I am not out of the woods yet, I still get tired but there are good days and bad days... The up side , there are now less bad days 👍👍👍 jk

Three week NAC usage

This is an amazing supplement. I pair this with Marine Collegen in the morning. I take 2 caps on an empty stomach and 3 x collegen with my morning coffee.

I have chest conditions and take this to help expel mucus. It works for sure. My breathing is much easier and feel I can take deeper breaths. It has also cleared my nasal canal and can now breathe through it without struggling. I've also notice my skin looks and feels amazing but this could also be the collegen.

I also take 5greens D3 K2 with MSM 10,000 iu and pure Vitamin C. I started these as I was ill with a virus. I doubled the dose on the vitamin C, my symptoms cleared in three days. I then reduced the dose again.

I wouldn't use any other supplement supplier now. I used British Supplements fir a while, but they are expensive. Bit cheaper with 5 greens but still seem to be of similar quality..
