be careful of the amount you take

very useful powder, do not put this in tea as it doesn't taste very nice. I add it to my yoghurt drink every morning & this works ok. I believe it is helping with bloating and constipation. Be very careful with the amount you take, I still only take 3g a day. I tried to up the dose to 4g but this amount really upset my stomach.

I have used baobab powder before & can say that this is probably one of the best I have tired! It dissolves well in orange juice and tastes amazing!
