Ive looked into using these tablets for a while due to menstrual issues. It definately has helped and i would encourage all ladies to research this compound and try if you dont have any contradictions.

Great for hot flashes

I have been taking DIM for a couple of years now. I stopped taking all supplements for six weeks in the summer just to evaluate. For the first time, I started having hot flushes (I started taking DIM for Estrogen dominance), started taking them again and haven’t had a hot flush since. I take it with Bladderwrack. This definitely works for me.
