Excellent Service

I've been very pleased with this company, the delivery and service is excellent. I've only been using the plant collagen for 2 weeks, so too early to comment on the benefits, as I believe it takes much longer to build up in your system. However I'll come back and report the progress!

It worked on hands and eyes

I mainly buy 5greens Magnesium Glycinate, which is an excellent product! So, I thought, I’d try this with my order.

However, this product does confuse me, since its not clearly explained what it is! Since plants don’t produce collagen. You can get boosters or builders for collagen production from plants, but 5greens have not listed as such.

Taking the supplement at the stated dosage of 4 tablets a day produced a lot of pain in my Gonads. Normally, that only happen with infections or the consumption of excessive amounts of Vitamin E. Vitamin E is a major building block for collagen, but excessive intake does produce a lot Gonad pain. Yet, Vitamin E is not listed as being present in this product on the website, so altogether very confusing.

At stated dosage, assuming its plant-based boosters or builders for collagen, the tissues on my eyelids and hands improved a lot. So, it does work.

Unfortunately, I had to reduce the dosage to 1 tablet after a few days due to the pain in my Gonads. Perhaps, 5greens need to list what plant sources for this collagen booster or builder supplement!
