Suggested Daily Intake: One to Two capsules a day with a light snack.

Warning - Vitamin D is one of those supplements where it is also possible to have tooo much of a good thing. Make sure to avoid excessive doses of Vitamin D. Generally 4000 IU or less per day is considered safe , Please do your own research on which levels are safe for you. We would recommended avoiding higher does Vitamin D3 and stick to 2000 IU Capsules.
