This is proper natural vitamin C

I've been looking for natural organic supplements for a long time. I came across 5 greens accidentally. Most supplement companies claim their vitamin C is natural. But,in fact it's not natural at all because it's synthasised ASCORBIC ACID made in a laboratory. Whereas the vitamin C sold by 5 GREENS is actually made with natural organic ingredient. I'm very pleased I switched to 5 greens after having taken supplements from other companies who claim their products are natural. Been using this clean zinc a while. No complaints. Very good clean strong product.
I like it has Vitamin C too.
It could be improved with the right amount of copper added. Which is important with high doses of zinc.
