Astaxanthin

As usual it's a high quality product, take it daily for it's antioxidant effect, definitely makes a difference I get a better response from this than even krill oil probably as its a more concentrated dose, wouldn't be without it.

I have used astaxanthin by other companies, and this brand is a good one by 5greens. It’s value for money. Very good for my skin also. I will continue to use and see the effectiveness of the product.

Real results

Opticians said I have dry eyes during a routine eye test, and gave me the drops to use in my eyes. I bought astaxantin after research that said it’s better than vitamin C as antioxidant. Started taking it and noticed my eyes weren’t dry anymore after about 2-3 weeks. Didn’t notice straight away, it’s so subtle, but outside my eyes no longer water in bright light, eyes don’t itch, and feels liberated all day if I take it in the morning on an empty stomach with other B vitamins and water 30 mins before any food. Unexpectedly I had tendinitis in my knees couldn’t bend them and managed to heal it with a mix of vitamins and minerals but there was still a little niggle there but not really pain. Well about a week after starting astaxanthin the niggle’s gone. Coincidence? I don’t know but that’s what happened. Each order arrives in about 3 days usually and is well packed. This company is really good and great value for money compared with other organic companies offering the same product.
