be careful of the amount you take

very useful powder, do not put this in tea as it doesn't taste very nice. I add it to my yoghurt drink every morning & this works ok. I believe it is helping with bloating and constipation. Be very careful with the amount you take, I still only take 3g a day. I tried to up the dose to 4g but this amount really upset my stomach.

I have used baobab powder before & can say that this is probably one of the best I have tired! It dissolves well in orange juice and tastes amazing! The health benefits of baobab are well documented and I can vouch for them! My skin is clearer by hairs stronger my tummy is less blotted! When using baobab Iam less Likely to suffer from any colds or viruses! All round very happy with the powder I received! Have sent a link to my friends, dont hesitate to try some!
