Tablets fall apart

Packaging is good but unfortunately on arrival I noticed that 4 of the tablets were broken when I opened the pouch.
I didn't think much of it at the time as I thought that the package may have been mishandled during the post/delivery phase.
However as time wore on, I noticed more and more of them were not keeping the powder inside the capsules which were falling apart and there was quite a bit of loose powder at the bottom of the bag.
The delivery did take nearly two weeks to arrive from order, hence another star dropped for that reason
