So far very pleased.

I've been taking this supplement for maybe 4 months on and off...I'm in mourning & events prior and after have been challenging, as I also struggle with mental health issues. At times the challenges in life have been events I believed and honestly assumed I could never meet. And I have been pleasantly and still continue to be pleasantly surprised. I struggle with insomnia for 50+ years...there have been many times I expected myself to cave in or break completely...I'd stop myself and ask, what am I doing now that is different than before and remembered that I was taking this herb Ashwaganda....when i ran out i felt like a weighing scale going from one extreme to another. I have to admit I can heap more pressure on myself more than is necessary so, I'm a work in progress. Recently I did experience some feelings as if I felt 'swishy', a little dizzy...so I googled to see if this herb can trigger this and it can, so the next night, I only took one capsule and that swishy feeling did not occur. I'm a very happy customer both in deliveries and use of their products. It has quite literally been a life saver, and my biggest struggle is not feeling guilty for feeling happy sometimes. I also feel like I have taken the power back into my own hands. I sleep and don't keep waking after just 2 hours which was normal for me. Thank you so very much...

Benefits are amazing

Poor quality

Please do not buy this product specifically or any products from 5Greens. They send expired items in each batch and every time I ignore thinking maybe 1 or 2 capsules have expired but now I receive packages with all the batch has expired items. Not worth the money to get the items which says different expiry but you receive all the faulty items.

Absolutely a shame that they don't check the quality of packages.

I'll STOP using 5Greens for any items now.
