Strength: 10:1 Extract Strength - The three fruits have been blended in formulation of 33% Alama Extract / 33% Bibhitaki Extract and 34% 

Ingredients: Each Capsule has a blend of Amla Extract 10:1 ( Blend amount 33% ) Bibhitaki Extract 10:1 ( Blend Amount 33%) and Haritaki / Harada Extract 10:1 (Blend amount 34% ) extract In natural Pullulan capsules.

Suggested Daily Intake: One capsules a day with a light snack.
