Nice Potassium

I like their potassium. No fillers and good price. I used this with magnesium and B1 for an ankle that got swollen- water retention.
Dr Berg recommended. I think as we get older electrolytes are important. I recommend 5-greens. I use them for many supplements.

Electrolyte

I take electrolytes in a drink for my leg cramps … but it wasn’t enough! Started taking potassium extra to my magnesium & salting my food & my cramps have finally calmed down : ) ideal for those on ketogenic diet or carnivore 👍🏼

Difficult to know

I've been taking the Potassium Citrate for an excess of general acidity. I don't know what effect if any, they have had, but although I found myself a bit resistant to them at first, I now enjoy taking them. It'll be interesting to see what impact they have had, when I next have a blood test...

As for delivery and service, I found it impeccable. I'm only giving four stars at this stage as I don't yet know what the results of taking the supplement are.
