Pleased to find a clean version of this with no fillers or nasties. Only been taking for a short time so can’t comment on the effect on my system yet. Products always arrive quickly and fit through my letter box which is great.

I bought these thinking I was getting a good supplement. Unfortunately they are not good half of the capsules are empty and just contain a hard small clump of something. I will never buy from this company again. They are not fit for consumption. So I have gone back to my usual supplement company which provide superior products.

I think these are great ... having tried other brands you can definately tell the difference my body just likes them (I am not diabetic but symptoms have been diagnosed as MS)? They really helped it feels like little air pockets (little internal farts 😂)my body. Good.
