Astaxanthin. I received my product very efficiently and quickly. I enjoy 5 Greens products due to the fact that there are no fillers and it is the genuine supplement. Its probably a little too early to see the benefits as I am just under 2 weeks in. I have started with one capsule a day opening the capsule and putting it into some MTC oil and taking it like that. It has a pleasant mildly sweet taste.

I think it’s too early for a detailed review, but so far so good. I currently take blood pressure medication, so under dr supervision I’ve started taking the lower dose of astaxanthin to aid reducing my blood pressure. It seems to be working and I soon should be able to lower my blood pressure medication or come off it altogether in time.

Appears to be the real algae powder and tastes sweet

so will have good bioavailability. I break capsules and mix powder with olive oil to consume as liquid and it mixes well with oil. I think swallowing the encapsulated powder risks coagulating into a non bioavailable lump.
