So far so good! Helps me feel really relaxed before bed - worked almost instantly, might be a placebo (the working instantly part) but I’m not bothered! If it works it works. I definitely feel more relaxed overall and taking it at night definitely helps me sleep (I would probably sleep better even better once I look at and adjust my sleep hygiene)

I'm currently taking these combined with magnesium and I have to say they're really really good! I wake up feeling refreshed and awake. I'm not a morning person and usually feel groggy and snooze for as long as possible. But these really nakya difference to me. I will continue to use them and recommend to anyone having trouble sleeping.
