I didn’t think these were working!

I was taking these for a while and was onto my second packet of them- probably three months in.

I decided that I couldn’t feel any difference and decided to stop taking them.

I WAS WRONG!

The anxiety crept back up and I was back in a state. My mind works at a million miles an hour, I have a busy brain all the time. My insomnia was back, I was stressed too. I didn’t even realise that the mushrooms had an impact until my friend said she was taking them and thought they helped.

Something That Works

I have struggled with anxiety ADHD energy etc all my life until recently when my mum introduced me to these supplements and by far they have helped me so much. My sleep is better. My focus is better. My patience is a bit better overall they really have helped me on my daily MH battles. Thanks 5greens.
