Good source of fibre if you are looking for something that's easy on the stomach I use it before bed I put Apple cider vinegar in it too and use it in the day sometimes, cleans your colon thoroughly

A good source of fibre

I've been using psyllium husks for a while now. I take 3 large teaspoons a day in a pint of warm water with lemon juice after each meal. Works a treat. I recommend 5greens for the purity of their products.

EASE OF ADMINISTERING

The psyllium husk is effective, as ever, but it would be much easier to take if it were encapsulated, as with other of your excellent supplements (ie NAC, Quercetin, etc).
