I have to say that I bought pine pollen on the recommendation of a friend, and had little expectation as to any significant results. For me, the purchase of pine pollen was merely to add to a new healthier routine. Suffice to say, that I have been incredibly impressed with the way in wich they have positively affected my day to day wellbeing.

I have no idea what they are supposed to achieve, and it wasn't until I ran out of them that the difference became apparent. What follows is my personal experience, and may not be the same for you, however, they are worth the investment to find out.

After buying a months supply, I added pine pollen to my daily suplement schedule: (Tumeric, Garlic, Vit D, Magnesium, Turkey Tail, Vit C). By day three I felt an inner peace envelping my day to day mood. I was less aggravated by little things, able to rationalise the problems that are regualrly thrown up in the work that I do, and react in a more considered way. Naturally, my ego put this down to personal development. I had no incling that Pine Pollen may be contributing. Also, my near constant tinittus stopped within that first week. Again, I didn't link the Pine Pollen to this experience.

When I inevitably ran out of Pine Pollen, I made a note to buy some more and forgot all about it. Five days in and my tinnitus was back, I was feeling more agitated and combatitive, and began reacting poorly to stress. The Pine Pollen note tuned up and I got to thinking, mayeb there was some connection.

When a three month supply arrived, I decided to document the effects. Sure enough, after three days I began feeling super chilled and calm again. My tinnitus stopped, and I began to feel much more in control as stressful situations arose. Wether or not this is what Pine Pollen is intended for, I don't know. But it is definitely working for me. The capsules seem to temper the adrenalised, testosterone fueled nature of my physical make up.
