I bought Tongkat Ali cause it turns out its one of the main ingredients in mars men. Mars men costs about £50+ per month. 5greens provides 3x more pills and a higher qaulity product as far as Tongkat Ali is concerned and at a fraction of the cost. Its a no brainer. I teamed this up with my Shilijit and im energised and feel alot more energetic plus. My man boobs after nearly 20 years are going away. Obviously its diet its sleep its exercise but this supplement is an amazing support.

5 greens has a wide variety of natural supplements at a decent price and strength also delivery is quite fast I use their tongue Ali and for the price and strength of its a far better choice for me than other expensive brands that give exactly the same thing for double the price just like asheaghanda I don't believe all the claims around tong kat Ali but for me I do feel a little sharper and I think it's helped me burn fat a little quicker as well and like ashwaghsnda it has been proven to lower cortisol the stress hormone that's bad for muscle gain
