I recently turned to 5 greens for my supplements. they supply good quality products at excellent prices. very good delivery times, and i have never had to call their customer service team. as i have never had a problem. At the moment im taking tonkat-ali. I find this product works by taking one a day before training for about 8 days. Or until it kicks in. Then 5 days on and 2 off. I usually do this for 8 to 10 weeks then take a break. Sometimes for a more powerful effect i might stack it with, ashwagandha or shilajit. This is great for helping me in the gym. Ed
