Excellent supplement!

I have arthritis in most joints, have had both hips replaced and a joint removed from my hand. I have taken turmeric supplements for several years and this particular turmeric supplement has other beneficial substances also. I take no pain relief other than occasional paracetamol. I am sometimes a bit stiff, but rarely in bad pain. I am 75 years old and firmly believe that keeping inflammation in check is the best way of staying as healthy as possible. I am determined to keep off heavy duty medication , with all the side affects, for as many years as possible .
