I’ve used boswellia for years, as I have osteoarthritis in all my major joints (61, both hips replaced early 50s). More recently, it’s become really important to source clean supplements; I’ve just become so much more aware of the health risks of the unnecessary fillers. So 5greens are wonderful; unlike some others, they’re not permanently on a soapbox, simply provide clean supplements, produced in Britain, in simple effective packaging at a reasonable cost, perfect.

Boswellia for inflammation

It’s a little too soon I feel for any obvious reduction in inflammation and hip pain but I’m ever hopeful with the help of Devils Claw I shall see some results soon.
