Early days, but positive signs

I bought the marine collagen capsules on the recommendation of a friend who said her and her husband had been taking them for a month and even her sceptic husband said, “do you know, my knees aren’t as sore as they were” my husband and I in our late 60’s early 70’s have become increasingly stiff, particularly in the morning and I don’t know if it’s the power of positive thinking, but I’m hoping it’s because the capsules are working their magic. My friend is also looking a little more fresh faced, so maybe the youth restoring properties that are talked about, will work for me too! 😁🤞

Noticed a difference
