The order came very quickly. We were recommended to take these capsules as there is Macular Degeneration in the family but we've not been taking them long enough to see if they are helping.

I stumbled across Lutein by accident, I was looking for ways to stop macular degeneration. I have tried this product now for a couple of months and I have to say my eye has got very slightly better, It certainly hasn't got any worse. So I am happy with buying Lutein from 5 Greens.
