Great product!

I’ve been using Fo-Ti now for about 15 years. It was recommended to me by a very accomplished herbalist in Bristol who trained in China.
Fo-Ti is also known in China as He Shou Wu which I’m told means Black-haired Man.
I had told the herbalist I did not want to go bald and would prefer not go grey.
I am now 76 years old and still have a full head of dark brown hair with a little grey at my temples. Both my parents went grey in their sixties.
I know nothing works for everybody, but Fo-Ti has definitely worked for me.
There are many options out there for buying Fo-Ti but 5Greens seems perfect to me and their service is faultless. (Brian D, Exeter)

Great stuff

These capsules by 5 Green are quality ones. This helps with my overall well-being. I was feeling a bit blah the last couple of months, so l bought these capsules and it’s only been 19 days. However, the fog is definitely lifting. Even if it’s raining a lot this summer, l don’t feel bad about it. Normally I’d be mooching about feeling out of sorts, but l am ok. Thanks to these capsules l feel I’m on an even keel.
